  • Baguette - 4 slice.
  • Cheese curd (TM Hochland) - 200 g
  • Walnuts - 30 g
  • Cranberries (dried) - 30 g
  • Honey - 4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon

How to cook cheese, walnut and cranberry sandwiches step by step with photos


Drizzle the slices of baguette with olive oil and brown in a preheated 180 degrees oven.

Toast the nuts, cool and chop them coarsely.

Chop large cranberries too.

Cool the slices of baguette and spread generously with cottage cheese.

Top with walnuts and cranberries.

Drizzle with honey and olive oil. Serve at. Enjoy!
