  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Basil - 1 bunch.
  • Sauce (Blue Dragon chili) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook spicy ciabatta with mozzarella and basil step by step with photos


Take fresh ciabatta, mozzarella, tomato sauce with tomato slices, bunch of fresh basil.

Slice the ciabatta, drizzle with olive oil, put it on the grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Spread tomato sauce on bread, drizzle with chili sauce 6-7 drops per slice

Drizzle with mozzarella and basil leaves.
