  • Melted Cheese - 200 g
  • Garlic (minced) - 4 clove
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onion (can be omitted) - to taste
  • Bread (white) - 8 slices.
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook sandwiches "spicy" step by step with photos


Grate melted cheese on a coarse grater, add garlic...

... Eggs...

Mix well, add salt, pepper...

... Green onions and mix everything again.

Spread our mixture on slices of bread.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil (filling side first) with low heat, so that the filling gets well fried.

I usually cut a slice of bread in half. BON APPETIT!
