Sprat Loaves with Olives

I suggest you try a combination of pickled with rosemary with olives and onions on bread. Interesting, piquant.
Ingredients for the Breads with Sprat and Olives:

For sandwiches

Breads
(Generous rye)

Green olives
-
10 pcs

Red onions

1/2 pc

Lemon

1 pc

Garlic

How to cook bread with sprat and olives step by step with photos

Cut off the head and remove the bottom of a sprat.

Put the sprat in a bowl and add the rosemary, vinegar and garlic. Stir and leave in the fridge to marinate for 24 hours.
Fresh rosemary is better, of course. One sprig will be enough. |

Cut the olives into rings. |
|
Red onion slices into small cubes. |
|
Remove the zest of half a lemon. Place the olives, onions and zest on a cutting board and finely chop together again. |
|
For sandwiches, I chose breads "♪ Generous rye ♪". |
|
Put olives and onions on the bread. |
|
Put 2 sprats on top. Garnish with greens. |
