Ingredients for the Sprats and Feta Cheese Sandwiches:


  • Baguette - 1 pc
  • Sprats - 1 jar.
  • Green peas (canned from TM Frau Marta) - 60 g
  • Fetaki - 100 g
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Greens (spinach and dill) - to taste
  • Lemon - to taste
  • Sweet red pepper - to taste

How to cook sprats and feta cheese sandwiches step by step with photos


Slice the baguette and toast the slices, in a toaster, in a pan or in the oven.

Use an immersion blender to blend together the cheese, 40g. Green peas and mayonnaise.

Spread the cheese and peas mixture on slices of baguette, cut thin lemon rings, red pepper, washed and dried spinach and dill greens.

Place on sprats, garnish with lemon, pepper rings, greens and peas.

Alternatively, take crackers or unsweetened cookies instead of baguette.
