I suggest making a nostalgic sprats sandwich on bread. The bread makes it more dietary and the green onions and cucumbers add a hint of springtime freshness. It's a great snack on weekdays and a great appetizer for the festive table.

Ingredients for the Sprats Breads:


  • Breads ("Generous" with garlic) - 3 units
  • Sprats - 6 pcs
  • Cucumber (circles) - 3 pcs
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 units
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 1/4 bunch.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook Sprats Breads step by step with photos


Grate eggs on a fine grater and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix.

Cut cucumber slices lengthwise in half. Finely chop the onions.

For these sandwiches I choose bread "Generous" with garlic".

Spread the egg mixture densely on the breads, sprinkle the onions generously on top. Sprinkle with cucumber slices and sprats.
