  • Bread (gray) - 1 slice.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Soft cheese - 30 g
  • Hollandaise cheese (green pesto) - 20 g
  • Sweet red pepper - 0.25 pieces
  • Quail egg - 3 pcs
  • Salad leaves / Salad
  • Cilantro
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon - 0.25 pcs
  • Red caviar

How to cook sandwich "spring mood" step by step with photos

Boil some quail eggs

Fry a slice of gray bread in olive oil

Slice bell pepper into thin slices. Halve the eggs and tomatoes. Slice the cucumber very thinly, so that you can roll it up into a tube. We start laying out lettuce leaves, tomatoes, eggs, peppers and cucumber rolled up on a slice of toasted bread.

Squeeze soft cream cheese into the cucumber rolls with a pastry syringe

Grate green pesto cheese on a fine grater
