I made buckwheat soup today. A very plain and simple dish. I want to serve it with something bright and springy instead of bread. The recipe is as old as the world, but maybe it will be good for someone :)

  • Baton - 6 slices.
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 3 pcs
  • Green onions - 1 bunch.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic

How to cook spring sandwich step by step with photos


Slice the French bread into thin slices

Grill it on one side.

Rub the garlic and salt on the grilled side

Boil the eggs and dice them.Dice onions.Mix.

Put mayonnaise on the non-fried side of the bread and sprinkle with the egg and onion:) Simple, bright and tasty:)
