Ingredients for cucumber stew sandwich:


  • Stew - 1 jar.
  • Bread (rye) - 4 slices.
  • Chinese cabbage - 200 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Pickled cucumber (TM "6 hundred") - 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

How to cook stewed cucumber sandwich step by step with photos


Put the stew in a pan, place on the heat, stir-fry until all the liquid is melted (about 10 minutes).

Cucumbers (I took the "Crunchy" TM "6 hundred") cut in strips - slices.

Shred the cabbage, grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Mix prepared carrots and cabbage with mayonnaise.

Place the cooled stew on the bread.

Place cucumbers on top...

... and coleslaw. sandwich is ready!
