Ingredients for strawberry bruschetta:


  • Baguette - 8 slices.
  • Strawberries - 200 g
  • Goat cheese (can be cream cheese) - 100 g
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (sweet) - 1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch.
  • Basil (twig) - 1
  • Mint (sprig for decoration) - 1

How to cook strawberry bruschetta step by step with photos


Slice the strawberries and put them in a bowl.

In a bowl add oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chopped basil, sugar, black pepper, stir gently and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile dry the baguette in a dry frying pan or in the oven. Spread the cheese on each slice and arrange the strawberry slices on top. Garnish with mint leaves on top. Bon appetit!
