How to cook student's fast food step by step with photos


This is what we are going to make our sandwiches out of - anyone has such a set of ingredients, even if finances are a bit tight.

We wash and grate onion, potatoes and carrots. Add an egg, salt and pepper to taste. You can use any spices, but I think that the nutmeg is indispensable for these sandwiches - the potatoes taste better with it. You can choose from: extragonine, rosemary, ginger, paprika.

Cut the loaf into slices and smear one side of the bread with this mixture. Let stand for a few minutes while the oil heats up.

Place the sandwiches on the griddle with the filling facing down and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Turn down the heat so the mixture has time to bake without burning.

Remain to set the table, make the tea, and take out the homemade pickles. Mix crushed garlic with mayonnaise or sour cream for a great sauce. Take out the ketchup, if you have it, chop the herbs finely and sprinkle over the sandwiches.
