Husband gets home from work an hour early. Hungry. I am just starting to make dinner. As luck would have it, there's no sausage or cheese at home. I'm making "sandwich" out of what we have :)

Ingredients for sandwich "summer snack":


  • Bread - 2 slices.
  • Cucumber (salted) - 2 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens

How to cook sandwich "summer snack" step by step with photos


Crack eggs into a dry pan (nonstick)!) Put mayonnaise on bread, slice cucumber and put it on mayonnaise and sprinkle with greens.

Meanwhile eggs are fried, we cut them in two parts and put an egg on each sandwich. All! My husband is pleased :) You can replace the pickles with fresh ones and boil the eggs. It would be quite an easy meal:) Bon appetit!!!:):):)
