How to cook a sweet sandwich step by step with photos

Here's a dish from the series ... m-m-m, "My kid's a cook!" Really, my cooks are already under the ceiling. So is the cat. He's a big help! However, to find a cook, or rather a young cook was a matter of five minutes. One phone call and... meet the young lady 8 years old, Alinochka! My assistant, who happily agreed to take part in a bold experiment entitled "Hooray! January 1! The kids cook, the folks rest!"

The idea was that the child, on the morning of January 1, alone!, should make a holiday breakfast. To do this, I prepared for Alina all the products and working tools. Issued a recipe with step-by-step instructions and diagrams. Here she is studying it very, very carefully.

Trying to figure out what Aunt Sveta made up???

Oh, I just want to eat a chocolate bar, but I can't!

So I finally made up my mind. I think it's not so bad, first we have to break the chocolate into pieces.

Now melt it in the microwave on full power for 1 minute. This baby made it in no time.

Now add the cottage cheese to the chocolate and mix everything thoroughly. Of course, it's vitally important to taste it. Then my taster demanded to add something sweet. There was condensed milk in the fridge. Yeah, we added it, now we're good!

So, let's go over the instructions.

Yep, you have to spread eight slices of bread in a chocolate-cheese mixture and stack them in pairs. Easily!

Now you have to cut them diagonally. And this turned out to be very difficult. Well, my parents don't trust my daughter with a knife! She's been tearing up the pieces at random! However, she did it, good for her! Come on, next, you need to lay out sliced triangles in a circle - the lower "branches" of our future Christmas tree.

Ugh!! Now we take 4 slices, spread, make two-layer sandwiches and cut them into 4 pieces. Lay out the second layer of "branches" in a circle.

For the third layer, we need one two-layer sandwich, but it needs to be cut into as many as 8 pieces! And again lay out the "twigs" in a circle. Perfect!

And, finally, we get to the top sprigs. We make them out of one piece. We smear it and cut it into 2 halves. We stack them on top of each other and cut them into 4 triangular pieces. Each one cut into 2 more.

And neatly lay out the top "sprigs". It should be noted that Alinochka got the hang of the top "twigs" and did the tree without any fear and with a booooollshii keenness. She didn't even ask for help!

From the sprigs of mint we make the top.

Then we decorate the branches with berries and mint leaves. We sprinkle the snow with coconut shavings.

And here we were proudly shown the result of an hour's effort. The child took offense to the name "sandwich" and proudly called his creation "The White Christmas Tree Cake!"
