Getting ready for February 23. It's a shame that in the column "holidays" No Tanker Day. Dedicated to my beloved relative Sergey - my sister's husband. He's an ex-tanker, though there's no such thing as an ex-tanker (they'll understand) - it's in the blood. Made them up when he was still in the rank of groom came to visit us. That reminded me of them. Maybe someone else would like to cheer up their men.

How to cook sandwiches "Tanks don't fear dirt" step by step with photos

Here's the sandwich set, but I found a chicken shank boiled in the process, and that came in handy, too.

We cut the bread into rectangles and fry it on both sides.

Finely chop the chicken meat and mix with mayonnaise and garlic. Spread on our croutons. Next we take the seaweed and grind it (I used a blender), but not to a pulp. Place on sandwiches.

Cut fresh and pickled cucumbers into rings and tuck them in.

In a separate bowl mix the grated egg yolk and cheese, chopped dill and the remaining seaweed. Shape the mixture into hemispheres about the size of a walnut (this is the turret of the tank) and place them on the cucumbers.

Use green onion feathers to make a muzzle. All. This is my version of sandwiches. The idea of serving is the main thing here. But you can use your favorite ingredients. BON APPETIT OUR DEAR MEN!!!
