Ingredients for snack sandwiches "Tender":

  • Baguette - 1 piece
  • Cucumber - 2 pcs
  • Tomato (small) - 3 pcs
  • Butter - 80 g
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - 0.3 teaspoon
  • Black pepper (ground) - 0.4 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Greens - 5 sprigs.

How to cook snack sandwiches "tenderness" step by step with photos

Slice a baguette into 1.5 cm thick slices. Fry the baguettes in butter on both sides until golden brown.

Wash and dry cucumbers, then grate on a coarse grater. Pour off excess liquid.

Add mayonnaise. You can substitute it with sour cream. Grate garlic on a fine grater. Add salt and pepper. Stir.

Wash and dry tomatoes, then cut them into thin slices.

Spoon about a tablespoon of stuffing and a slice of tomato on a slice of baguette.

Decorate with greens. I serve the sandwiches chilled.
