Ingredients for boiled sausage and pineapple toast:

  • Pineapple - 1 jar.
  • Kiwi - 3 pcs
  • Toast - 12 pcs
  • Butter (1 slice 60 grams) - 120 g
  • vegetable oil (to slightly fry the toasts. till crusty.) - 40 ml
  • Sausage (Boiled, or doctor's) - 170 g
  • Hard cheese - 160 g

How to cook toast with boiled sausage and pineapple step by step with photos

1) Slice thinly the cheese.

3) Slice thin kiwi slices (I decided to make toasted kiwi slices too)

4) Pour the juice from the pineapple into a bowl.

5) Melt a piece of butter in the microwave. ( not necessary ) 6) Slices of toasted bread can be buttered with melted butter and fried in a hot frying pan until crusty. But the toasts can also be fried in vegetable oil.

7) Put kiwis on a piece of toast.
