  • Cottage cheese (Grain) - 250 g
  • Sweet red pepper
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Greens (coriander, dill, parsley) - 1 bunch.
  • Bread (for toast) - 2 slices.
  • Black pepper
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil (for sprinkling the vegetables)

Ingredients.

Cut tomato into 6 pieces, pepper into 4-5 pieces. Place the vegetables and bread on a baking tray, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and place under the grill for a few minutes.

In the meantime, chop the greens, add to the cottage cheese, pepper it, and salt it.

Take out the roasted vegetables and bread and cool it. Spread the cottage cheese on toast, top with tomato, pepper, garnish with parsley, olives. You can add capers or small crumbled cucumbers, it's very delicious too.
