Toast with salmon and poached egg

Quick, beautiful and very filling breakfast option that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients for toasted salmon with fried egg:

How to cook toast with salmon and poached egg step by step with photos

Grease 2 cauldrons with oil and gently pour one egg into them, salt and pepper them and send to pre-heated 180 degrees oven for baking for 10-15 minutes. |

Toast the bread in a toaster or in a dry pan until golden brown. |

Spread a piece of lettuce on each slice of bread. |
|
Place 2 slices of salmon on top of the lettuce. |
|
Take the baked egg out of the oven, take it out of the dish and put it on toast. Serve with hot freshly brewed coffee.
