  • Bread (for toast) - 2 slices.
  • Salad leaves / Salad (sheet) - 2 pcs
  • Salmon (lightly salted) - 4 slices.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs

How to cook toast with salmon and poached egg step by step with photos


Grease 2 cauldrons with oil and gently pour one egg into them, salt and pepper them and send to pre-heated 180 degrees oven for baking for 10-15 minutes.

Toast the bread in a toaster or in a dry pan until golden brown.

Spread a piece of lettuce on each slice of bread.

Place 2 slices of salmon on top of the lettuce.

Take the baked egg out of the oven, take it out of the dish and put it on toast. Serve with hot freshly brewed coffee. Enjoy!!!!
