Ingredients for stuffed croutons:

  • Ground beef (any) - 350 g
  • Baton (sliced) - 9 slice.
  • Chicken egg (1 for dough, 1 for frying) - 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Onions (medium) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Parsley - 1 bunch.
  • Ketchup (or tomato sauce)
  • Tomato - 3 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise
  • Melted cheese (can be hard cheese, 200-300 g) - 2 pack.

How to cook stuffed croutons step by step with photos

1. You take the stuffing, 1 egg, chopped onion and parsley, minced garlic and mix it all well. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

2. Spread ketchup on bread (lightly) 3. Whisk second egg
