  • Bread - 6 slices.
  • Chicken egg - 6 pcs
  • Butter - 70 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 20 g
  • Sour cream - 220 g
  • Milk - 120 ml
  • Parsley (sprigs (or generally to taste)) - 3 pcs
  • Spices (salt, freshly ground pepper, ( cayenne as desired)) - to taste

Preheat oven to 220% and brush one side of the bread with butter

Put the bread on a baking tray and brown in the oven

Spread the egg mixture on toasts, smooth it out a little

Put in a hot oven for 10 minutes, bake until golden

The air toasts are ready
