Ingredients for wheat toast with sprats:


  • Millet (TM "Mistral") - 1 sachet.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Sprats - 1 jar.
  • Cream (10-15%) - 2 tablespoon
  • Baguette (from yesterday) - 1 pc
  • Green onions - to taste
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook toast with millet and sprats step by step with photos


Prepare the Right Ingredients

Put 1 liter of water to boil the millet with salt, set the timer for 15 minutes, this is enough time for the millet.

Cut the baguette. You can use any kind - white or black. Mix the baguette with the egg.

Combine the cream and eggs, season with salt and whisk to combine.

Heat a frying pan with butter and pour out the egg mixture.

As soon as the edges start to bake, start stirring to make egg mush.

Take millet out of boiling water, let it drain, cut it into small pieces and add to the eggs, mix.

Pepper to taste and add chopped green onion, mix.

Spread the mixture on toasts and place a sprat on top. Sprinkle with chopped greens. Enjoy!
