Toastmasters with tomatoes

Another delicious and healthy breakfast idea.
Ingredients for croutons with tomatoes:

Bread
(white)

2 slices.

Tomato
(large)

1 pc
-
Garlic
-
1 clove
-
Green onion
-
Hard cheese
-
4 slices.

Greens
(basil, parsley or coriander)

Vegetable oil
-
Salt
-
Black pepper
(ground)

How to cook croutons with tomatoes step by step with photos

Spread the bread with the butter and sprinkle the chopped garlic on top. Scald a tomato, pour cold water over it, peel it, then cut it into circles. Put slices on bread and butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |

Spread grated cheese or mozzarella on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with slices of green onion. Grease a baking pan or tray with oil, put the sandwiches and bake in a heated oven for 10-15 minutes. |

Remove the sandwiches from the oven. Let stand a few minutes, decorate with greens and you are ready to eat! |
