  • Baguette (loaf, bun) - 0.5 pcs
  • Tomato paste - 1 tablepoon
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Ham - 50 g
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook tomato toast with ham and greens step by step with photos


Slice baguette into 5-7 mm thick slices. (I used a loaf)

Chop ham julienne and herbs finely

Whisk eggs with tomato paste and mayonnaise.

Add ham and greens, salt and pepper to taste.

Dip slices of baguette in prepared mixture

Fry on both sides in oil until crispy and brown.
