Ingredients for the trout and egg sandwich:
- Bread - 1 slice.
- Salmon (or trout) - 30 g
- Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs
- Sweet paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onions - 1/2 teaspoon
- Basil - 1 twig.
How to cook a trout and egg sandwich step by step with photos
Cut a slice of black bread in half. Lay slices of salted fish on it. Cut the tomatoes in half.
Cut onion and egg into rings and arrange on top of the fish. Taste and season with sweet paprika.
