Tuna and juicy, crunchy celery, lightly spicy onion on a piece of crispy bread. A great snack for a dieting person, a picnic or even a party table. Cooked very quickly and eaten even quicker.

Ingredients for Tuna and Celery Crispbread:

  • Breads ("Generous" borodino) - 3 units
  • Tuna (170g) - 1 jar.
  • Celery (70g) - 1 pc
  • Red onion - 0,5 pcs
  • Vinegar (white wine or apple) - 1 tablepoon
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • Sugar - 1 pinch.
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Pepper mixture (freshly ground) - to taste
  • Green onions (small feathers for decoration) - 2 pcs

How to cook tuna and celery step by step with photos

Chop the petit celery finely.

Chop half of the red onion finely too.

Place the onions and celery in a bowl, add salt, sugar and wine (or apple) vinegar. Stir and let marinate for 5 minutes.

Place the tuna slices in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Rinse onion and celery with water and add to the tuna, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the mass on the bread, garnish with finely chopped green onions and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper mixture.

For the base I chose breads "Generous" Borodinsky ". In my opinion they go great with fish. Bon appétit!!!
