I really like the combination of tuna and fresh cucumber, tomatoes make it juicy, and an egg makes it a hearty sandwich. If you're interested, don't pass it by!

Ingredients for tuna and vegetable sandwich:


  • Bread (For toasting or whatever; my favorite is rye "7 grains") - 8 slices.
  • Tuna (in its own juice) - 1 can.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Cherry tomatoes (4 pcs + 1 pc for decoration) - 5 pcs
  • Dill - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground, to taste)
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • Garlic - 1 clove

How to cook tuna sandwich with vegetables step by step with photos


Chop cucumber and tomatoes very finely, shred dill...

...Drain the tuna and add to the vegetables.

Boil an egg, cut it into medium sized cubes and add to the salad, season with salt and pepper, add oil to taste (I did not do this), mix gently.

Bread toast to a slight crispness in a pan, smear with garlic (if desired)...

...Put the stuffing, decorate on top (also according to taste and preference). I had cherry tomatoes, a hard-boiled egg, a couple of cucumber strips and olives!!!!
