Tuna Sandwiches

We love this fantastic fish. There's always a can of tinned tuna in the fridge just in case we have an irresistible craving. And when there's no time (or just lazy) to make a salad, I make these unpretentious but very tasty sandwiches. Pickled onions, fresh and crunchy celery, and "meaty" tuna on a slice of rye bread - it's wonderful!
Ingredients for tuna sandwiches:
- Bread (whatever you like) - 2 slices.
- Tuna (~50 g) - 0.5 jar.
- Petiole celery (small or half a large petiole) - 1 pc
- Onion (small bulb preferably red onion) - 0.5 pcs
- Vinegar (wine or rice vinegar) - 2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 pinch.
- Sugar - 1 pinch.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
