For the turkey marinade

  • Turkey (TM INDILIGHT medallions) - 180 g
  • Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 0.25 teaspoon
  • Black pepper (freshly ground) - 0.25 teaspoon
  • Basil - 0.25 teaspoon
  • Rosemary - 0.25 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove

For sandwiches

  • Bread (any bread you like) - 2 slices.
  • Mustard (grained Dijon) - 2 teaspoon

Optional

  • Sweet pepper (pickled)
  • Radish
  • Parsley

How to cook turkey medallions for toast step by step with photos


I'll be using the prepared turkey medallions from TM INDILIGHT. Smooth, unpeeled, just great medallions for toasting. I'll marinate them for about 10-15 minutes. The turkey is fresh and it does not need to be left in the marinade. Let it sit on the table under a lid.

I have put medallions on the lattice and put in an oven under a grill at Т-200 With for 15 minutes. At the end of the cooking, on the same grill I put 2 pieces of wheat loaf to dry out for a couple of minutes. I have all the ingredients I need to make toast. You can use anything you like. I will use pickled peppers (as a snack), radishes and parsley. I'll put mustard on the bread, I will put Dijon mustard, which can be replaced with any table mustard. Bell peppers as an appetizer are a great addition to the toast. If anyone is interested in the recipe for how I make these peppers, I'll give the link below. Finely chop radish, finely chop parsley.

Make toast. Place our grilled medallion on toasted, mustard-soaked bread. Put pickled pepper, radish on the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Done.

Serve at once.

It's a great appetizer or snack...
