Turkey Riette

This French dish has become a permanent fixture on our menu. It's not complicated at all, and it sounds and looks beautiful and intriguing. Very dignified to serve at a buffet table, don't forget to decorate it in a New Year's theme...
Ingredients for turkey rillette:

How to cook turkey rye step by step with photos

Boil turkey wings in as little water as possible. Add carrots and onions, season lightly. Keep in mind, we will be adding soy sauce. I cooked it in a slow cooker for 2 hours on "Stew, Stew". |
