How to cook turkey rye step by step with photos

Boil turkey wings in as little water as possible. Add carrots and onions, season lightly. Keep in mind, we will be adding soy sauce. I cooked it in a slow cooker for 2 hours on "Stew, Stew".

Allow to cool. Then, remove bones and finely mince the meat into fibers. Chop carrots and onion with a fork.

Put them in a pan and add soy sauce. Stir-fry over medium heat.

I use sweet natural brewed soy sauce from Kikkoman brand. It'll spice up the flavor.

Season with pepper and simmer for a few minutes.

Pour in the cream, stir, simmer over low heat and turn off. Allow it to cool .

Finely chop red onions and scallions. Add to the cooled rye. Stir in . Taste and season with salt. I didn't salt it.

This is ready to serve. Let's make it for a buffet.

Place 1 teaspoon rillettes on crackers and decorate with feta cheese herringbone.
