  • Bread (rye) - 4 slices.
  • Sunflower oil (unrefined) - 2 - 3 tablespoon
  • Tomato - 2 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc
  • Greens (any - lettuce, celery, parsley, dill)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (any color)

Kids can use their imagination when making sandwiches

Sprinkle the rye bread with fine salt

Dip it in sunflower oil (unrefined)

Slice the vegetables

Put leaves of lettuce or other greens on the bread. Lay the vegetables (tomatoes and peppers) on the leaves. For those who like garlic: rub slices of bread with garlic or put chopped garlic on top of the sandwiches. I like to sprinkle black and red pepper on these sandwiches. For grown-ups, sprinkle pepper on top :)
