  • Chicken Shank - 4 pcs
  • Buckwheat grits - 0.5 glass
  • Mushrooms (wild mushrooms, I have frozen asorti) - 100 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Laurel leaf - 2 pieces
  • Cucumber (pickled or salted, preferably spicier)
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Greens (for decoration)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook appetizer with vodka "Buckwheat" step by step with photos

Here's almost everything you'll need for cooking. Begin by frying the shank in hot oil.

Chop the onions and garlic and add them to the shin together with the bay leaves. Pour 100 ml of cooking oil in it. Season with salt, put lid on and simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes.

Mushrooms and 50 grams of water until smooth. When the shanks have stewed, remove them from the sauce that has formed in the pan, and remove the bay leaves. Add the mushrooms to the pan.

Rinse buckwheat and add to sauce and 50 ml of water. Cook over low heat until groats are boiled.

Remove shank and finely chop it. Add meat to buckwheat and mix it.

Depending on the size of the cucumbers we make snack shapes from them - in the form of boats or stacks (for fans of olives - you can take them instead of cucumbers, the main thing is to buy the biggest ones). Fill molds with buckwheat and place on a plate.

Decorate with greens and vegetables if you like.
