Warm egg salad sandwich

How to cook warm egg salad sandwich step by step with photos

Hard boil eggs, cool, peel, chop not too coarsely. Chop parsley, mix with eggs, dress with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. |

Preheat grill in oven. Toast slices of bread in a dry pan or a toaster and arrange the egg salad. Top with the slices of cheese, making sure they cover the lettuce, and put under the grill to melt the cheese. |
