  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Green bell pepper - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese ("Edam", "Almette", "Homemade" a little bit) - 4 slices.
  • Bread - 2 slices.
  • Salad leaves / Lettuce (leaf) - 2 pcs
  • Olives - 2 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook sandwich "watermelon slice" step by step with photos


Preheat oven to 200°C. Put the peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with vegetable oil and put in the oven for about 8 minutes. Coat the bread with cottage cheese like "Almette","Homemade" etc. п. (The original recipe uses butter).

Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of bread.
