This is all the food we need |

Take slices of bread and press garlic on them (I grate all the garlic and then distribute on the bread). |

Scald the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin, and cut into rings |

Grate both cheeses on a coarse or fine grater, mine was coarse) and mix together. |

Place the tomatoes on the bread. I like to have a lot of tomatoes, so I put them very close together. |

Spread the cheese evenly. Control the amount of cheese according to your taste. The cheese may crumble and off the sandwich. In that case, just press the cheese lightly with the palm of your hand on the sandwich. |

I put a few slices of butter on each sandwich to help the cheese melt. You don't have to do that. You can skip that step. |

I also put pieces of butter in the pan, according to the number of sandwiches. At this stage you can use vegetable oil instead of butter. |

We put this yummy thing on the griddle right on the pieces of butter (if the butter is creamy). If you prefer: you can bake them in the oven or bake them on the stove with the lid on. Medium heat. They cook for 7-10 minutes. |

Readiness is checked simply: if the cheese is melted (as in the picture), you can remove from the fire. |
