  • Baton - 1 pc
  • Ham (can be replaced with boiled sausage) - 200 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Greens - to taste
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Mayonnaise sauce - 50 g
  • Spices - to taste

How to cook sandwiches step by step with photos


Let's get ready.

Slice ham and greens.

Grate cheese on a coarse shredding drum.

Slice bread.

Cut a window in the middle out of the slices.

Cut the middle into cubes and add to the stuffing.

For the stuffing mix the ham, cheese, greens, bread cubes, eggs and sauce.

Then put bread on a hot griddle.

We put the stuffing inside and fry both sides until golden.
