How to cook zucchini sandwiches step by step with photos
I always cook for a large group, so I take a lot of products. You look at your appetites)))
So, zucchini are washed and grated on a coarse grater |
Chop onion finely, add it to zucchini and mix well |
Finely chop the dill and add it to the zucchini. Knead in 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste, add the baking soda and mix well. |
Then we add flour, so that when frying our "minced meat" so our mincemeat doesn't fall apart. I ended up with 7 tablespoonfuls. You may have more or less, depending on the amount and quality of flour. knead well so there are no lumps. |
Slice loaf into strips like sandwiches or get store-bought sliced loaf. Spoon on our "stuffing" not too thickly on the bread |
Put the sandwiches in a pan with hot oil, with the zucchini on top (this is why we need to add flour). If the zucchini falls apart while frying, you need to add more flour). Fry without cover until golden brown |
Flip the sandwiches and toast our bread. We make zucchini on toast. Take the sandwiches off the griddle and put them on a plate or a platter. IMPORTANT: the sandwiches mustn't be covered with a lid or anything else, because they will be steamed and will turn into sauerkraut. |
