Time to cook: 60 minutes
My family has had a smokehouse for a while now, and we do both cold and hot smoking. This time we had a cold smoking, so we decided to smoke a couple of pieces of pork entrecote along with chickens and fish. The meat turned out very tough... even with beer it's hard to chew and it certainly can't be cut into salads. So I decided to make lentil soup, the meat cooked perfectly, became incredibly soft. And the aromas were wafting. My husband, who came home from work, ate the first plate, said he didn't taste it, the second plate... said he wasn't full, asked for a third... just to enjoy it! I decided that it was necessary to share this soup, so that everyone could taste it and appreciate it!!!
