  • Meat ( I have pork)
  • Water (for broth) - 1,5 l
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Carrots (medium) - 1 pc
  • Eggplant (not large) - 1 pc
  • Tomato (not large) - 2 pcs
  • Pearl grits (handful )
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Greens (I have dill and chives)
  • Salt (to taste)

How to cook soup "Autumn" step by step with photos

We put the meat on the stove, remove the foam, add a handful of pearl millet, first rinsing it under running water, as it takes a long time to cook.

When the pearl barley is half cooked, pour the prepared potatoes, along with carrots.

When the broth boils, add the sliced eggplant and cook until tender...

Finely chop tomatoes and add them to the broth.

The soup is almost ready, salt to taste, add finely chopped onions and give a couple of minutes to boil and at the very end I threw (I have frozen dill + green onions feathers), this is what happened.

Pour the soup into a bowl and serve with sour cream, you can do without it, to your liking Enjoy!.
