  • Salt (to taste)
  • Broccoli (Took small frozen florets) - 5 units

How to cook baby fish soup step by step with photos

I used a small trout steak for broth (it was in the freezer, about 120 grams). Cooked a little, in 1 liter of salted water. When the fish is ready, almost immediately after boiling, I take it out and turn down the heat to medium. I put the fish aside for now.

I add 2 tablespoons of rice, onions, corn. This picture shows 1/2 a medium onion. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, then add broccoli for another 20 minutes (4-5 florets). You can add more salt, depending on who has what taste. In the photo I took out of the soup and washed the broccoli. My family eats it whole, but if the baby refuses to eat "the herb", you can chop it up and put it back.
