Bean Soup with Meatballs

Beef soup takes a long time to boil, I agree! But if you're not too lazy and make mini meatballs, you can make soup in half an hour! Yes, I used ready made beans (I like them small), but you can boil them beforehand. The soup is very good in the end!

How to cook bean soup with meatballs step by step with photos

First put a pot of water and salt on the fire and roll up some small meatballs from minced beef. |

Toss meatballs in hot water along with a whole peeled onion and bay leaf. |
|
Peel the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Or grate them |
|
Peel and grate carrots. |
|
Pass these vegetables in vegetable oil. |
|
Add peeled tomato slices at the end. Stir for a minute on the flame and turn off. |
|
We sell ready-made beans in a vacuum pack of half a kilo, but you can take a can of canned beans (any housewife can find them in her supply for soups and salads)!). |

Let's finish boiling the stuffed potatoes and beans. Season to taste. |

As the meatballs we have boiled, and vegetables and beans are also ready, soup will cook for 5 minutes and let the same to stand under the lid, while covering the table. |
