How to cook broth with buckwheat meatballs step by step with photos
Boil the buckwheat until half cooked, you can take the rest of the buckwheat if no one wants to finish it, that's a great use for it. |
Remove the stalks and seeds from the bell peppers. Chop them as finely as possible. |
Place stuffing in a bowl. Lightly salt it.
Pieces of bell peppers we send in the stuffing, add an egg and onion, I pass onion through a grater, I do not like even the kind of onion, and so I cheat them)))) |
Now add the pre-boiled buckwheat to the mixture, you can add whatever seasonings you like. All knead well with your hands |
Shape meatballs - balls the size of a chicken egg. |
Next, we boil potatoes and grate carrots;
Once the water begins to boil, add meatballs as much as you want, I put the remaining meatballs in the freezer
(you can also fry them in a pan or in a multicooker for 10 minutes on each side). on each side, post add sour cream and stew a little - that's what you get 2 dishes)))
Once the potatoes are boiled add the parsley and turn it off, you get a tasty treat like this. |
