Buckwheat balls with broth

A quick and delicious version of a light soup, help yourself!
Ingredients for buckwheat balls with broth:

How to cook buckwheat balls with broth step by step with photos

Boil broth in advance, you can use vegetable broth or any meat broth. |
|
To make the balls I use buckwheat flakes from Mistral. They need to be shredded a little with a blender. |
|
Grate carrots and onions. |
|
To buckwheat flakes add chicken egg, salt, spices to taste. |
|
Add chopped onion and carrot and mix well. |
|
Stir in whole-wheat flour. |
|
Dip your hands in water and form into balls like meatballs. Boil in broth until tender, serve with greens. |
