  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Sweet pepper (green and red)
  • Potatoes
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Dill
  • Garlic

How to cook buckwheat soup step by step with photos


Boil in two liters of water the buckwheat soup and the potatoes chopped into strips with the bay leaf. Finely chop onion, carrots and bell peppers and fry

A minute before it is ready, add some greens. When buckwheat and potatoes will be ready - put the saucepan, salt, pepper, you can put the unbitter green chili pepper for flavoring, put the greens and a crushed clove of garlic.
