  • Meat (any)
  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Greens
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 glass
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook soup with cheese tortillas step by step with photos

Dice meat and boil broth with meat.

Add diced potatoes to the broth with the meat.

While the potatoes are boiling, fry the vegetables (onions and carrots).

Meanwhile, while the vegetables are roasting, grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the egg, flour and garlic.

Stir everything well.

Roll out the dough into balls, press them and make cheese flatbreads.

Add roasted vegetables to soup.

Deep-fry the cheese patty until golden brown.

When serving put cheese flatbreads on a plate and pour soup, garnished with dill greens.
