We all know about the melted cheese soup. My kids love it, I've made it many, many times but I always like to put some variety in it, I add either corn or peas or other frozen vegetables to it. frozen vegetables. The cheese, potatoes and carrots are unchanged))) P.S. Today I'm experimenting with cereal!

You can also use hard cheese in a muffin - then dissolve it in a small amount of boiling water so there are no lumps.

I had one of these in the fridge, but it doesn't matter.

Wash carrots, potatoes, peel them. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Make notches on carrots and cut them in little florets.

Put pot with water on fire and add potatoes. Season to taste.

If the cheese is from a carton, you don't have to dissolve it - just put it into the pan when the water starts to boil.

Stir the cheese thoroughly, then simmer the vegetables for 5-10 minutes.

Stir in buckwheat for nourishment and, as it turned out later, for tenderness.

I recommend the use of buckwheat flakes from "Mistral".

Cook until the vegetables and flakes are boiled. The soup simmered for about 15 minutes.

Pour onto plates.

Spoon on a tablespoon of canned corn. If you have it frozen, we cook it together with vegetables in the soup.

That's it, we can start eating! Thanks to the buckwheat flakes soup does not require the addition of bread or croutons and turned out this time surprisingly delicious and tender)))
