Ingredients for Cheese Soup with Salmon:


  • Salmon (fresh) - 0,5 kg
  • Potatoes - 6 pcs
  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • Melted cheese (briquettes) - 4 units
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Water - 3 l
  • Dill - 1 bunch.

How to cook cheese soup with salmon step by step with photos


Cut potatoes into small cubes. Put them in water and put on high heat.

Grate carrots and fry them in butter.

Dice the cheese (better to cut with a knife soaked in water, then the cheese will not stick to the knife and dice will not stick) and drop into the soup.

Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces, not too big, and add it to the soup.

Season with salt and pepper, until the potatoes are cooked, then the soup is ready. When serving, put greens on the plate. Hope you like it! O:-)
