  • Chicken leg - 2 pcs
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • Onions - 2 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 4 tablespoon
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Greens
  • Spices

How to cook chicken soup with potato dumplings step by step with photos


Ingredients

Place thighs on a boil

Slice potatoes and 1 carrot and boil in a separate pot until tender

Finely dice onion and remaining carrots and fry

Mashed boiled potatoes and carrots in a blender

Add flour, eggs, greens, butter and give a good kneading to the mashed potatoes

Take chicken out of broth: separate meat from bones

In a saucepan put the roast meat and pour out the dough in small portions using a spoon. Add chicken and your favorite spices. Cook for 10 more minutes and the soup is ready.
