Chinese Corn Soup

As a lover of Chinese food, I often go to Chinese restaurants, but lately I've been trying to cook at home. This is my debut on this site. I think it's a soup for lovers.
Ingredients for Chinese-style corn soup:

Meat
(any poultry, chicken or turkey)

(small jar)

Potato starch
(You can use corn starch, but I didn't have any)

2 tablespoon

Egg

1 pc

Tofu
(I took the whole 300g package)

1 package.

Salt
(add salt and pepper to taste)

How to cook Chinese corn soup step by step with photos

I would prefer to cook chicken, but I didn't have much time. I took two pieces of turkey (it was already boiled and sitting in the freezer) about 100g, put it in a pot and boil it. I boiled it for 5 minutes |

Then in a separate bowl dissolve 2 tablespoons of starch with a cup of cold water. Corn starch is better of course, but I used what I had on hand.
Then pour the starch into the pot and stir well. Boil for 5 minutes. |

Finely slice the tofu (I'm already slicing right into my hand, but if it's unaccustomed, it's better on a board). The protein is very soft and very easy to slice.
Then add a can of canned corn. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. |

Taste and season with salt and pepper. I added 1 tbsp. A tablespoon of salt and half a teaspoon of pepper. |

At the end, in a separate bowl, whisk 1 egg, slowly pour it into the boiling soup and stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and the soup is ready. Enjoy your soup!! |
