How to cook chickpeas step by step with photos
If you have time, soak chickpeas for about two hours, then drain and rinse them and cook them in plenty of water (about 2.5 to 3 liters). |
Boil chicken or meat. |
In the meantime prepare the chaff. Picking and washing the fresh ones, you can chop them, or boil them whole.
I had dried chives. I took three handfuls. My husband asked me to make a small one, so I grinded it in my hands. Don't be frightened, it's easy. We take the dry leaves in our hands and move them as if we were rolling balls or sausages. Sift through a colander, all that remains, grind more. We should have just the twigs left. |

Well, our hummus is almost ready, we pour in the huskies and cook until tender. |
Grind the garlic with salt and cilantro. Add the pepper. Fry them in the oil until they smell of garlic and cilantro. Don't overcook it! |
Chomos completely ready, add roast and lemon juice, taste and add more salt if needed. Cook for another 15-20 minutes. |
Free the meat from bones and cut into big chunks, add to the stew and simmer for five minutes.
Serve with rice.

П.с. The herb itself has almost no taste, but it smells like nettles.
For the lovely ladies: its decoction or the leaves themselves are a good cosmetic. I was once told that it helps men, too.
Well, that's about it. Bon appétit!
