  • Beef - 300 g
  • Pork - 200 g
  • Meat mix (smoked meats) - 100 g
  • Beans (white and red - 150 gr) - 300 g
  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • bay leaf

How to cook soup "chorba" with beans step by step with photos


Soak the white beans in advance (I soaked them overnight).

Boil the meat and smoked meats in broth with bay leaves. Take out the meat and cut into pieces. Put the white beans and shredded carrots in the broth, and simmer to boiling point. Add canned red beans, tomato paste and salt. Boil until the white beans are tender. Add the meat a few minutes before boiling ends. Serve with sour cream and greens. Enjoy your meal!
